Do you ship to my state and / or country?
Residential or commercial orders can be shipped within the United States. International orders can be coordinated through a US freight forwarding company.
What is your return policy?
Credit will be applied for all product returned unopened. We regret, we can not refund or credit any products that have been opened.
When will my order ship?
You can expect same day delivery Monday through Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm
How long does it take eco-friendly products to decompose?
Generally, Eco – friendly products usually decompose within 6-8 weeks.
What is SWP?
SWP stands for: Swiss Water Process. A non-solvent method for decaffeinating unroasted coffee beans developed in Switzerland.
Coffee beans are soaked in hot water so that the caffeine is extracted from the bean and into the water. The resulting liquid is then processed through activated charcoal to remove the caffeine. The coffee beans are returned to reabsorb the remaining liquid and, presumably, the flavor.
The Swiss Water Process extracts between 94 to 96% of the caffeine content of a coffee bean!
